The Kingston NV3 2TB is a single-sided M.2 2280 NVMe SSD for compatible desktop and notebook systems. Its PCIe 4.0 x4 interface supports sequential read speeds up to 6,000MB/s and write speeds up to 5,000MB/s, with space for games, applications and everyday files.

PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage

The 2TB model combines a Gen 4x4 NVMe controller with 3D NAND. Kingston’s speed ratings are based on out-of-box performance with a PCIe 4.0 motherboard. Actual speeds vary with host hardware, software and usage.

Compact, single-sided M.2 2280 design

The 22 × 80mm drive is designed for compatible M.2 2280 NVMe slots. Check your device’s supported drive size and interface before installation: an M.2 SATA-only slot is not sufficient, and 2230-only devices require a different drive.

2TB capacity and 640TBW endurance

The 2TB model is rated for 640 terabytes written under the JEDEC client workload standard. Some capacity is reserved for formatting and other functions, so available storage is lower than the advertised capacity. This drive is intended for desktop and notebook workloads, not server environments.
