You are required to have an extensive knowledge of computer building, computer repair and the ability explain technicalities in layman terms.

Customer service is a top priority for I Gaming Computer. You will need excellent English speaking skills and a customer focused attitude.

You responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing computers over the phone and in person
  • Written helpdesk support
  • Building a diverse range of computers
  • Providing expert advice to our customers
  • Greeting customers upon entry
  • Managing a till

We will look upon your application more favourably if you have experience with website maintenance, online inventory management and API integration.
