Shipping and Delivery Details

Delivery Times

• Shipping within W.A is estimated to take 1 to 3 business days.
• Shipping to QLD, VIC, SA, ACT, NSW is estimated to take 2 to 8 business days.
• Shipping to Tasmania is estimated to take 6 to 8 business days.

I Gaming Computer does not ship internationally.

Gaming PC's:

Any shipped PC that is faulty within the first two years of receiving it will receive free shipping to and back from the shop for repairs.

Other Shipping Policies:

• Customers are responsible for all freight charges for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect delivery details.
• Customers are responsible to be available for delivery and to sign and accept the goods, redelivery attempts will be charged to customer if delivery address is unattended.
• If Australia Post incorrectly deliveries a parcel it is the customers responsibility to dispute with Australia Post.
• Customers are welcome to use alternative shipping methods upon request.
