Description

The AOC CU34G4 is a 34-inch ultrawide gaming monitor with a 3440 × 1440 Fast VA panel, 1500R curve and up to 180Hz refresh rate. Its 21:9 screen gives games and multitasking more horizontal space, with a height-adjustable stand to help position the display.

The curved panel wraps the wide image around your viewing position. The 3440 × 1440 resolution provides more workspace than a Full HD display.

Adjustable viewing position

The stand offers 130mm height adjustment, tilt and swivel. A 100 × 100mm VESA mount supports compatible monitor arms. The illustration below is AOC’s shared stand graphic, not a separate product view.

Low input lag mode

AOC’s Low Input Lag mode is designed to reduce the delay between an input and its visible result.

Up to 180Hz over DisplayPort

DisplayPort supports the listed 48–180Hz vertical signal range; HDMI is listed at 48–100Hz. Use the appropriate connection and a compatible graphics source for your intended refresh rate.

1ms GtG and 0.5ms MPRT

AOC lists a 1ms grey-to-grey response time and 0.5ms moving-picture response time. These are different measurements. MPRT uses backlight strobing to reduce perceived motion blur.

3440 × 1440 WQHD resolution

The 21:9 aspect ratio suits wide game views, timelines and side-by-side windows. The panel displays 16.7 million colours.

HDR10 support

HDR10 signal support is included. The monitor’s listed brightness is 300 cd/m² with global dimming, so HDR10 compatibility should not be confused with high-brightness local-dimming performance.

AMD FreeSync Premium

Adaptive refresh synchronises the display with a compatible graphics source to reduce tearing. AMD FreeSync Premium includes low framerate compensation support.
